Communications

Client privacy is essential to professional care. HIPAA secure communications are used to ensure client confidentiality. Encrypted e-mail and messaging are available. Regular text messages are assumed not secure. Please let your provider know if you have different communication needs. Dr. Payton does not engage with clients through social media. Dr. Payton does not ask for, or encourage, review sites and cannot respond to reviews. Instead, clients are welcomed to discuss any needs and concerns directly with their provider.
